Renovation Announcement

Dear valued guests,

The management team would like to announce the renovation plan for Orchidacea Resort during 1st May – 31 August 2018.

At Orchidacea Resort, we strive to bring comfort and satisfaction to our guests during their holiday with us. Our main goal is to offer excellent staying experience to our guests with professional and friendly services from our staff and good facilities.

As the doors of the hotel have been opened for welcoming our guests for many years, we are proud of having many positive comments from our beloved guests and having very strong connections between returning guests and our hotel. We learnt many things from guests’ feedbacks and bring that ideas to our development.

In this summer (1st May – 31st August 2018), we would like to freshen up the look of the hotel to make our guests’ staying experience even better. We planned to redesign the whole lobby, all restaurant, and to develop the swimming pool area and pool bar and some other area.

Our plan is explained below

From 1st May- 31st May 2018 (1 month)
The hotel will be completely closed for 1 month as we will be under the renovation and we do not want our lovely guests to be disturbed by any inconvenience.
The hotel will focus to develop our pool area, pool bar and the facilities near the area. The construction works in restaurants and lobby will be also started.

From 1st June – 31 August 2018 (3 months)
We will restart the hotel with ROOM ONLY rates plan that mean we do not serve breakfast. Lunch and dinner will be not available because we need more time for the renovation at the restaurants. The reception will be moved to the temporary area (to our meeting room).
The pool area development will be done and the rest of the renovation will be done before end of August.

1 September 2018 onward
We will be 100% fresh to daily operation. All the service and facility is ready for our guests.

To summarize again, the Orchidacea Resort will be closed from 1st-31st May 2018 and it will be partly opened as room only service – there is no breakfast, lunch and dinner available. And we will be 100% back from 1st September.

We apologize for any convenience during the mentioned period. All the bookings that are already confirmed from every channels will be contacted by our reservation team soon (We already informed the Tour Operators who have bookings in May weeks ago).
